After the Egyptian artist withdrew Mustafa Darwish From photography in response to the talk of the author of the work Ibrahim Issa About “Al-Israa Wal-Miraj”, a new crisis is emerging now between Darwish and Sherine Reda, the co-star in the film.
“I don’t know who it is”
The story began through the promo of a program that will be shown next Ramadan. Reda appears in one of its episodes, where she received a question about her opinion of Darwish’s withdrawal from work.
All she had to do was reply, saying, “I don’t know who he is,” indicating that she did not know her colleague who was participating in the film and withdrew from filming it, so things flared up between them.
“There is a difference between us, many generations”
Darwish decided to respond to Reda through his official account on “Facebook”, where he wrote: “Forgive the age.. God bless you with health.. and there is a difference between us for many generations.. you will know who or whom.”
While some considered these words a mockery of Sherine Reda, Amr Diab’s first wife, and a sign of her advanced age, which prevents her from getting to know her colleagues, Darwish explained the matter.
He also denied that his talk about Sherine Reda’s age was intended to ridicule her, stressing that he might feel angry and sad about a situation or another colleague, but he does not resort to insulting or ridiculing him, because he is not used to such things.
