The Baker & The Bottleman, managed by Simon Rogan and with a dine-in restaurant in Wan Chai, has opened a six-month pop-up store at Shop 239 on the second floor of Landmark Plaza in Central in mid-September, providing customers with exquisite products every day. Morning Baking Set (HK$65) and Morning Cheese Set (HK$70) are available from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The Morning Cheese Set includes a standard cup of coffee and mixed berry cheese; while the Baking Set includes a standard cup of coffee and a baked treat. , such as original croissant (HK$28), chocolate croissant (HK$30), cranberry chocolate English waffle (HK$25), pork mustard croissant (HK$30), original English waffle (HK$18), sesame Sausage rolls (HK$25), caramelized onion tarts (HK$32), hand-pulled bread (HK$30), chocolate tortellini (HK$20), cinnamon puffs (HK$25), matcha white chocolate cookies (HK$20), Rye chocolate brownie (HK$18)
The pop-up store also launches five types of sandwich and salad lunch sets, allowing customers to enjoy lunch from 11 a.m. and will be available until stocks last. Lunch set prices start at $95, including a standard cup of coffee and a salad or sandwich. New lunch dishes include Greek Salad (HK$105), Tomato Quinoa Salad (HK$95), Egg Salad Croissant (HK$95), Chicken Salad Focaccia (HK$95) and Ham and Cheese Toast (HK$95) $105).
The store also has a variety of baked treats, including Valrhona Chocolate Trio Cookies (HK$55), Pistachio Raspberry Bread (HK$48), Almond Croissant (HK$40), Chocolate Cake (HK$25) and Rye Chocolate Brownie. (HK$18).
