At the junction of Kalpaki, farmers, breeders and beekeepers of the Prefecture of Ioannina expressed their anger by blocking the roads to Konitsa and Kakavia, continuing the previous mobilizations in the Region of Epirus, the Tax Office and OPEKEPE.
These actions have both a symbolic and an essential character, with the message “We are trying to survive” addressed to society.
Reactions are expected to continue, with farmers and ranchers preparing for next Tuesday’s nationwide protests. The actions continue in other areas of Epirus such as the port of Igoumenitsa and Louros.
