Al-Marsad newspaper: The mother of Moroccan student Ibrahim Saadoun, who is sentenced to death by the separatist Donetsk authorities in Ukraine, welcomed her son with tears and joy, and praised the Kingdom’s role in releasing her son.
In statements to Al-Ekhbariya channel, she said that the best of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will not forget him until death, and confirmed that when she learned of her son’s arrival in Saudi Arabia, she was sure that he was in safe hands.
She thanked the Kingdom’s leadership, stressing that it is always a country of goodness and safety, and added: “God preserves and rewards the Crown Prince, protects his country, and increases the kingdom and its people bliss.”
On Wednesday, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the success of the initiative of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to release 10 prisoners held by pro-Russian forces in Ukraine. The case is related to the young Moroccan Ibrahim Saadoun and 9 other citizens of the United States of America, Britain, Sweden and Croatia.
