The winners of the Caseus prizes will be announced on September 6 at the Musée de la civilization in Quebec City. The 62 finalist cheeses this year come from 29 companies that will try to win one of the prestigious Caseus awards, including the Caseus Or, which will crown the best cheese in Quebec. In all, 26 prizes, including Caseus Gold, Silver and Bronze as well as 2 special mentions, will be awarded to the winners during this day.
