The body of Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab was buried in the tombs of his father, the great director, Salah Salem

The family of the late artist decided Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab His body was buried in the tombs of his father, director Fateen Abdel Wahab, in Salah Salem, after his funeral after the Maghrib prayer from the Sayeda Nafisa Mosque.

The artist, Nihal Anbar, a member of the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Representative Professions, revealed, in an exclusive statement to “The Seventh Day”, that the date of the funeral of the artist Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab was changed to his funeral after the Maghrib prayer at the Sayeda Nafisa Mosque instead of at half past four in the afternoon due to lack of time to complete the burial procedures.

The artist Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab died at the age of 61, as a result of a cardiac arrest after his struggle with cancer, in a hospital in Dokki.

Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab, son of actress Laila Murad and director Fateen Abdel Wahab, began his artistic career in 1983 as an assistant director with Ali Badrakhan in the movie “Ahl al-Qimma,” and worked as an assistant director in many of Youssef Chahine’s films, and director of photography for American films filmed in Egypt.

Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab is also the nephew of comedian Siraj Mounir and director Hassan Abdel Wahab. He participated in many television and film works, including, “Alexandria Violin and Violin, Sukoun Hansour, Ostrich Feathers, Love Sima, Adam’s Apple, Birth Certificate, Omar Al-Azraq.” It is forbidden to approach or photograph, Rahim, Job, the Flood, the Curse of Karma, between two worlds.”
