Dismissed last year by the board of directors of Atos when Bertrand Meunier chaired it, the entrepreneur David Layani, with his company Onepoint, remained around: he now sees the door of the former French IT flagship open since the change of governance in mid-October.

The day following the announcement of his 9.9% stake in Atos, the boss of Onepoint, an ambitious digital consulting and services company, explains that he wants to provide “a French anchor, stability and support” to Atos, threatened with dismantling due to its financial difficulties.
