The Buenos Aires school made its home respected on Wednesday’s day of the Evolution Basketball Super League (SBE) and won the two games it played.
In the U15 Cadet category, the Barcelona team defeated Fundeba 56-47 with a great performance by Isaac Rojas, who scored 29 points. For the fallen, Moisés Lucart carried the offensive weight of his team and registered 24 counts.
Buenos Aires also defeated Guerreras in Micro Basket U10 with a final score of 44-33. For the winners, José Itriago got 14 points and Duglannys Planchart was the most outstanding of the female quintet with 16 cards.
Fundeba and All Star met in a close duel in U10 that finally won the second with a score of 23-24. Alex Toñito and Yoel Jaramillo shared the offensive load of the victors with seven and six points respectively.
The three clashes took place in the Buenos Aires indoor gym in Barcelona.
The action of the SBE will continue this weekend on fields in Puerto La Cruz and the Anzoatiguense capital.
