The Council studied and approved the following two draft decrees:

A draft decree that includes the establishment of a public institution of an administrative nature called the “National Authority for Evaluation and Monitoring of the Quality of Basic and Secondary Education” and defines the rules for its organization and workflow. fair,

In this regard, the draft decree proposes the establishment of a national authority to assess and monitor the quality of basic and secondary education, and its mission is to monitor quality at the following levels:

– Monitoring the quality of student learning

– Monitoring and evaluating the performance of people working in the educational field

Monitoring the performance of educational institutions

A draft decree repealing and replacing Decree No. 2018-106 of June 19, 2018 supplementing some arrangements for Decree No. 2016-082 of April 19, 2016 amending, related to the appropriateness and simplification of the wage system for employees and contractual agents of the state and its institutions of an administrative nature.

The current draft decree aims to complete the third appendix of Decree No. 106-2018 of June 19, 2018, supplementing some arrangements of Decree No. 082-2016 of April 19, 2016 amending, related to the appropriateness and simplification of the wage system for employees and contractual agents of the state and its institutions of an administrative nature, by granting allowances Compensation for the benefit of the staff of teacher training schools.

Taking the oath by the persons responsible for public procurement

On the other hand, presenting the outlines of the newly developed national strategy to combat bribery for the period 2023-2030, which mainly aims to ensure better awareness of public life, especially by strengthening the authorities and the effectiveness of judicial bodies and oversight bodies, and supporting the role of parliament and civil society in the field of combating corruption.

This strategy also expresses an approach centered around five (05) pillars due to their real impact on bribery and the perception of it, and this relates to the following:

Good governance

Prevention and detection of bribery

– oppression

Reporting and awareness

Anti-bribery culture
