Created in 2004 by two brothers, Jean and Olivier, the Callens Café, at the foot of the IT Tower, close to the entrance to the Bois de la Cambre, has lived. This trendy restaurant was bought by Serge Litvine, already owner of many quality addresses in the capital (Villa Lorraine, Villa in the Sky, Odette en Ville, Voltaire et Corneille, etc.).
“I know that the Callens will be in good hands and that the Litvine family will bring it a new dynamic”, assures Jean, who will continue to manage the restaurant until the final closure this summer.
The Litvine family is planning major renovations to reopen in the fall with a brand new concept and under a different name. The Callens Café team indicates that this new project is completely independent of Villa in the Sky or chef Alexandre Dionisio.
