The case of the fake doctor which involves Amadou Samba will be tried this Thursday, July 6, 2023, before the Dakar court. He was arrested in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020, in front of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, (Cdc) in possession of documents including a certificate of recovery from the coronavirus.
According to information from the newspaper “Les Echos”, he is being prosecuted for illegal practice of medicine, usurpation of title, endangering the lives of others, forgery and use of forgery in an administrative document.
This defendant, who had been in the ties of prevention since April 2, 2022, was granted provisional release on March 18.
