The China Express Union requested that the Ministry of Communications and Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. promise that the employees of China Express will receive a comprehensive salary increase of 5,000 yuan, and the salary of full-time employees should not be lower than that of outsourcing dispatch.
The China Express Union pointed out that China Express makes money every year, but since its establishment, the number of salary adjustments has been very small, and even the salary is on the edge of the basic salary. 10,000, 10-year members have a monthly salary of about 27,400 yuan, and even 17-year members have a monthly salary of about 29,000 yuan, which is less than 30,000 yuan.
The China Express Trade Union stated that ironically, in the outsourcing dispatch advertisement, the salary of the outsourced manpower was much higher than that of the regular employees, so they launched a strike to fight for a salary increase.
When Huang Zhenzhong came forward to accept the trade union’s complaint, he admitted that the salary adjustment was not high, but there were legal procedures for salary adjustment. He would collect opinions on the demands of the trade union, and hold a board discussion to discuss the trade union’s suggestions.
