The children “cave” with headlamps + photos + video

On Monday morning, the children set out to explore the “cave” of Madárvárta in helmets and with headlamps. Three groups from the Váci Mihály Primary School in Tatabánya also came to the program of the Száz Völgy Nature Conservation Association. The juniors showed up loudly, shouting over each other, to try out their “caving” skills one more time. At the public event organized on the occasion of the Day of Birds and Trees, the organizers prepared a truly special experience. Their goal is to bring the importance of nature conservation closer to students.

An “artificial cave” awaited the children at Madárvártán in Ferencmajor, Nassály. The children walked through the closed, dark, thirty-meter-long labyrinth created from the trailer with helmets and headlamps, only to arrive at the end sliding down a slide. Péter Csonka, the founder of the association, told Kemma.hu that they try to prepare different interesting things for the children in each of their programs. Now, in addition to bird watching and ringing, the students were awaited by games of skill, an artificial cave and a dog demonstration by the emergency police.
