From one moment to another everything changed. In the church of evangelical worship where they gathered in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday, October 8 several families from Las Tejerías were praying the adults and in an adjoining room they were celebrating a party for the childrenbut it started to rain.

By this Monday he was shirtless, barefoot, searching through branches and mud for his closest relatives. On his cheekbones and eyes are the aftermath of the blows he received from being dragged. And between each word that he declares to the press, he swallows the desire to cry.
