Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new mid-range smartphone in France, but before its official release, we already know everything you need to know about the technical specifications of the next Redmi Note 13 Pro.
Every year, Xiaomi’s Redmi Note series is one of the best-selling smartphones in the world, in particular thanks to its very attractive quality-price ratio. After the fairly successful Redmi Note 12, Xiaomi will return this year with the new Redmi Note 13 Pro, and we already know what to expect.
The Chinese manufacturer had already launched its Redmi Note 13 in China a few months ago now, and it seems that these are not very different from the models that we expect in France. Internet user @passionategeekz has already been able to get his hands on the technical sheet of the European model of the Redmi Note 13 Pro, and it is ultimately identical to the Chinese version.
What do we know about the technical specifications of the Redmi Note 13 Pro?
First of all, know that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip from Qualcomm, a new version slower than the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 of the Poco F5. It will be supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM depending on the version chosen.
The smartphone will be equipped with a AMOLED screen which goes to a definition of 1.5K. It still maintains a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and is now entitled to protection in wipe Gorilla Glass Diet. The smartphone will be powered by a generous battery of 5100 mAh, and this will be compatible with 67W fast charging. Unfortunately, still no fast wireless charging on the program.
On the photo side, you should expect a three-camera configuration with a 200 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. Unlike its recent Xiaomi 13T, it is a shame to see that Xiaomi still relies on a macro sensor with its Redmi Note, the usefulness of which is often questioned.
We do not yet know at what price the Redmi Note 13 Pro will be launched, but the price should be similar to the previous generation. The smartphone is expected to be launched in just a few weeks, in December.
