the complete technical sheet unveiled before the official launch

OnePlus will unveil its new high-end smartphone in just under two weeks, and we already know almost everything about it ahead of the official presentation to be held on January 11.

The leaker Ishan Agarwal has just unveiled all the technical characteristics of the new OnePlus 10 Pro. The smartphone will improve on some aspects of its predecessor, the OnePlus 9 Pro, but it doesn’t look like a revolution.

OnePlus unveiled the first official video of the OnePlus 10 Pro a few days ago, but we now have the opportunity to have a better overview of its technical characteristics. According to Ishan Agarwal, the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, the latest high-end chip to date.

There will be a 6.7-inch QHD + 120 Hz LTPO 2.0 screen on the front, with a 32 MP selfie sensor housed in a punch in the upper left corner. The smartphone will be powered by a 5000 mAh battery, a huge improvement over the OnePlus 9 Pro’s 4,500mAh battery. Fast charging also sees its power increase to 80 W, compared to 65 W on the previous generation. Wireless charging is still 50 W.

OnePlus keeps only essential photo sensors for its OnePlus 10 Pro

This year, OnePlus has decided to ditch the 2 MP macro sensor present on the OnePlus 9 Pro, the interest of which was often questioned by the community. OnePlus is therefore satisfied on its OnePlus 10 Pro with a configuration with three photo sensors, including an 48 MP main, a secondary sensor 50 MP ultra wide-angle as well as a third sensor 8 MP telephoto lens offering 3X optical zoom.

The sensors would all be entitled to an improvement over the previous year, since it is the second generation of Hasselblad camera. As a reminder, OnePlus has entered into a three-year agreement with the Swedish camera manufacturer to improve the photo part of its smartphones.

Finally, Ishan Agarwal confirms the return of stereo speakers on this generation, and reveals the dimensions of the smartphone: 163 x 73.8 x 8.5 mm. The OnePlus 10 Pro will be officially unveiled on January 11 in China. It should arrive alone, no classic OnePlus 10 would be on the program for the moment. Unfortunately for us it will still take wait until March to see him land in France.
