The composition of the Latvian national team at the World Hockey Championship has been announced

Places in the national team will be reserved for goaltender Artur Shilov, forward Theodor Blueger and defenseman Uvis Balinskis who compete in the National Hockey League (NHL).

“Two goalies, seven defensemen and 13 forwards will be announced, and we will take three more players with us. We’ll see how things go in the NHL, but we still have two empty spots,” Vitolins said.
