With the K70 Max, Corsair goes even further than with its K70 Pro and delivers an almost perfect keyboard. Everything is there for a high-flying gaming experience: PBT keys, full backlighting, comfortable palm rests, and above all switches with adjustable activation height for advanced typing customization. Small problem, however: if the resonance of the chassis of previous models has been reduced, it remains audible in places.
An alternative
Aesthetic, well built, comfortable and responsive, the K95 RGB Platinum is a success. The removal of a few macro keys is, in our opinion, not a big loss, even if the biggest users of these functions will necessarily be disappointed. However, this makes it possible to reduce the size of the keyboard, which becomes much less bulky and regains more classic proportions. The integration of Cherry MX Speed switches on our test version will also delight lovers of extreme responsiveness.
