The Council of Ministers ends its summer break on Wednesday and will meet again after a month. The topics for the government meeting were not official for the time being. Among other things, however, it should be about greater funding for the blue light organizations by the federal government. Interior Minister Gerhard Karner (ÖVP) and Social Affairs Minister Johannes Rauch (Greens) will be in the press foyer after the Council of Ministers.
The official program does not offer any particular highlights. The agenda includes a report by the Ministry of Finance and Climate Protection regarding the Austrian Green Finance Agenda.
The Council of Ministers suspended its weekly meetings on July 5 for a summer break. Since then, the traditional Summer Council of Ministers has only met once at the end of July.
