Faced with users who consume compulsively sometimes for several days without sleeping, drinking or eating, prevention circles are sounding the alarm once morest a background of rekindled security debate. While the lack of data on the number and profile of consumers adds to the ambient vagueness, the canton has just announced the launch of a study to determine the real extent of the phenomenon.
