Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, a specialist in carcinogen research, revealed the danger of sleeping less than 7 hours a day.

Al-Khudairi said through his account on the X website: When sleep is less than 7 hours, health damage and a lack of vitality and activity may occur.

He added: When sleep is less than 6 hours a day, anxiety, tension, nervousness, and a lack of concentration may occur.

He continued: For those who sleep only 5 hours, 4 or less per day; The brain and nervous system may be damaged, immunity may be reduced, the nervous system and kidneys may be damaged, blood pressure may be disturbed, and more health problems may occur.

He pointed out that insufficient sleep may cause car accidents and other disasters for those driving (and possible depression and obesity for others).
