The Datsun brand ceased to exist in 2022

Datsun ceases to exist for the second time in its history. For the first time, Nissan, which has owned the brand since the 1930s, abolished it in 1986 to strengthen its own brand. In 2012, it was revived by the then head of Nissan, Carlos Ghosn. New cheap Datsuns appeared in India, Indonesia, Nepal, Malaysia, as well as in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
