The death of an Egyptian artist and his burial in the Netherlands

The death of the Egyptian artist, Kamal Suleiman, who died Tuesday in the Netherlands and was buried on its lands, where he lived with his Dutch wife, was absent, and he was traveling between Egypt and the Netherlands.

The Representative Professions Syndicate in Egypt announced the news, and Dr. Ashraf Zaki, captain of the actors, contacted the family of the late, who was suffering from aging diseases.

Kamal Suleiman’s artistic career began in the eighties of the last century, during which he presented about 100 works of art, the last of which was his participation in the series “Land of Hypocrisy” with Muhammad Heneidy four years ago.

The late was not written to play starring roles, as he was assigned some small roles in films and television works, however, he worked with a number of senior directors, most notably Sharif Arafa, Raafat Al-Mihi and Osama Fawzy.

Kamal Suleiman participated in a number of works, most notably “The Republic of Zefta”, “Gardens of the Devil”, “Answer to Arrest”, “Sleeping in Honey”, “The Night of the Arrest of Fatima” and “Birds of Darkness”.

The deceased got acquainted with his wife when she was working at the Dutch embassy in Cairo. He was associated with her, married her, and had a daughter with her. He used to travel between the two countries, but in recent years he chose to reside in the Netherlands, where he was not offered works of art.
