In 1997, she participated in 4 different dramatic works, which represented her return to acting again, then she retired from art, but returned to it in 2003, and presented a number of works until 2018, but she stopped due to her illness.
And she announced Kuwaiti artist JawahR., was diagnosed with cancer in February 2020 during a live broadcast on her personal account on the “Snapchat” application, and in her comment after raising the news of her cancer, she published a picture of former cancer patients who had been cured, saying: “God willing, my name will be written with those who have recovered, O Lord.” She posted another picture from inside the treatment room where she is staying, saying: “God will bring it. God is Kind and All-Knowing.”
