The defense of Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña presented in the last hours the appeal of opposition to the preventive detention ordered by the Special Prosecutor Team (EFE) investigating the femicide of Cecilia Strzyzowski.
In this sense, the lawyer Juan Sebastián Vallejos, who integrates the defense with Juan Carlos Saife, ordered the measure, while the same determination would be made this Monday by the lawyer Ricardo Osuna, defender of César Sena.
