This Wednesday morning there was a shooting attack at the “Adolfo Ruiz Cortines” elementary school, located on Jorullo street in the Aguacatal neighborhood, which left a dead teacher and an injured minor.
According to initial reports, men on a motorcycle arrived at the site and shot the Deputy Director of the campus, a 58-year-old woman, who died of a gunshot wound to the head. After completing the attack, the criminals escaped.
During the events, a minor sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, so when the paramedics arrived he was taken to a hospital.
Elements of the state police appeared at the scene, cordoned off the site and began an operation to try to capture the person responsible.
Elements of the Ministerial Police arrived at the scene to carry out the corresponding procedures while personnel from the General Directorate of Expert Services came to carry out the removal of the body.
So far, no detainees have been reported despite the operation implemented by SSP personnel in different parts of the capital.
