The little boy was last seen at the YPF service station in Monte Maíz leaving for the town of Isla Verde (Marcos Juárez), around 11 o’clock on January 22.
Official and initially it was reported that the parents and their son would have been in the province of Buenos Aires. However, as the hours went by, it was learned that a truck driver would have taken them to the town of Chajarí, in Entre Ríos, although it is not yet clear if from Buenos Aires or another province.
to Brazil?
Due to the demonstrations that the parents themselves would have expressed, the intention was to cross the border towards Brazil, where they had resided, some time ago.
The little one would maintain the same physiognomy and hair color (dark) – he did not dye his hair, as he had slipped -, while his parents would have parted with the cell phone (presumably to avoid being geolocated).
The clue of Brazil as the final destination would not be a coincidence, since Gianluca and his parents lived in Rio de Janeiro when the baby was just one year old. Conditions on Brazilian soil were not the best, since they lived on the streets. They also lived, according to sources of the case, in other cities in the neighboring country, including some near the border with the country.
After some time, the family decided to return to Argentina until, when he was three years old, the minor was separated from his parents due to the mistreatment he suffered and because he also lived on the streets, in very poor conditions, in the country. Custody was given to the grandfather.
“The strangest thing is that they had installed the idea that when they are all together they were going to go live in Brazil. That idea was always installed. I didn’t want to put sticks in the wheel so the baby could be with his parents,” the grandfather told a Buenos Aires media outlet.
Ricardo recalled that the family problems broke out when his grandson turned three years old. At that time, due to the violence exerted, a judge ruled that Gianluca be in the care of his grandfather. Since then, the parents have not stopped initiating various re-linking processes but they could not come to fruition.
“They lost custody because they used psychological and verbal violence against him. They didn’t hit him. What I do know is that they hit each other.
