The corpse of a cetacean was discovered on Tuesday in a dock in the port of Antwerp. The animal, measuring nearly 10 meters long, was found near a terminal. It represents an explosion hazard due to decomposition gases.

This Wednesday, the cetacean was examined in Antwerp. Thierry Jauniaux, doctor of veterinary medicine at the University of Liège, went there. The weight of the beast is estimated between 8 and 10 tons, explains our journalist on site Michael Menten.
