Contrary to what the Lebanese have become accustomed to for more than 4 years, the dollar is currently not moving, despite a succession of positive and negative events, that is, no decrease or increase in prices, but rather a continuous calm. Even imposing US sanctions on people and entities affiliated with or supportive of Hezbollah would have previously ignited the price of the dollar, which did not happen yesterday. (See cities).
This calm means that the dollar continues to record rates, until Wednesday, September 13, moving between regarding 89,000 liras for purchase, and regarding 90,000 liras for sales.
