Regular meeting of the Economic Committee of the municipality of Veria, will take place on Wednesday 08/03/2023 at 10:00, with the following items on the agenda:
-Approval or not: a) of submitting a proposal to the Call of the NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE ORGANIZATION PILLAR OF RECOVERY: “1 – GREEN TRANSITION” AXIS: “1.4 – Sustainable use of resources, resilience to climate change and conservation of biodiversity” ACTION: “16851 – The protection of biodiversity as a driving force for sustainable development” PROJECT TITLE: “Creation of a national network of footpaths and walking routes” PROJECT CODE: MIS (OPS) 5190260, b) acceptance of conditions and c) authorization of the Mayor.
-Approving or not moving a Municipal Councilor in Ioannina and Ancient Olympia.
-Approval or non-specification of a registered credit for “Expenses of tourism promotion-actions of the Municipality of Veria”.
-Approval or non-specification of registered credit for the organization of the unveiling event of the Asia Minor monument in the city of Veria.
-Approval or non-specification of a registered credit for the supply of electronic equipment of the Community Center of the Municipality of Veria with annex ROMA.
-Approval or non-specialization of registered credit for maintenance and repair of RICOH multi-machines of the Community Center of the Municipality of Veria with annex ROMA.
-Approval or non-specialization of registered credit for maintenance and repair of RICOH multi-machines of the Social Grocery Store-Social Pharmacy of the Municipality of Veria.
-Approval or non-specialization of registered credit for maintenance and repair of RICOH multi-machines of the Counseling Support Center for Women Victims of Violence of the Municipality of Veria.
-Approval or not of tender procedures and nomination or not of a temporary contractor for the supply “Supply of food items for the operation of structures of the Municipality of Veria and its legal entities and milk for their eligible staff for the years 2023-2024 and specifically for the types of groups C, D, E and H of 32152/01-07-2022 previous declaration of the municipality of Veria”.
– Approval or non-implementation of technical specifications and drawing up tender conditions for the “Supply, installation, configuration and operation of an integrated electric bicycle rental system of the Municipality of Veria”.
-Approval or not and determination of the method of execution of the service “Provision of consultant services for the preparation of an Urban Accessibility Plan (SAP) in the Municipality of Veria” AM:170/2022.
-Authorization or non-lawyers of the Municipality to attend the Mon. Protokeio of Veria in land registry cases, for which the Municipality of Veria does not claim rights. (Court No. 153/TM/2022).
-Acceptance or non-acceptance of H.G.’s request for an out-of-court settlement to pay compensation for damage caused to his car.
-Approval or not of off-site movement of Municipality vehicles.
