In a significant ceremony the Mexican Council for Accreditation of Medical Education AC., I believe in the educational program of Medical Surgeon of the Faculty of Medicine of ICEST, Campus Tampico 2000through the delivery of a plaque.
The event took place last Friday afternoon, in the auditorium “Lic. Carlos Dorantes del Rosal” of the Institute of Sciences and Higher Studies of Tamaulipas.
Among the guests were Dr. Alejandro Porras Wong, deputy medical director of the “Carlos Canseco” general hospital; Lic. Sandra L. Avila Ramirez ME, Rector of ICEST, Dr. Juan Hernández, Technical and Operational Secretary of the Mexican Council for the Accreditation of Medical Education AC; Dr. Jorge Armando Luna Hernández, director of the ICEST Faculty of Medicine; Dr. Joel Loredo, academic secretary of the Faculty of Medicine of Tampico of the UATamong others.

It is worth mentioning that this is the second accreditation received by the ICEST Faculty of Medicinefor which this event repositions them as a responsible educational institution committed to the training of quality human resources for the area of Health.
The plaque was delivered by Dr. Juan Hernández Hernández, technical and operational secretary of the Mexican Council for Accreditation of Medical Education, at Lic. Sandra L. Avila Ramirez, Rector.
