The father of Apple M1 SoCs joins Intel


This is interesting news that obviously concerns a little more behind the scenes of the war waged by the semiconductor giants. Intel has just secured the services of the engineer at the origin des SoCs M1 d’Apple, Jeff WILCOX.

This is obviously further proof of Intel’s ambitions, but it is not the heist of the century either. Indeed, in the semiconductor industry we see that more and more “talents” are moving back and forth between the main companies in the sector without speaking of poaching or betrayal. However, we will pay attention to the work of Jeff because he has many patents filed in his name.
