The Federal Court agrees with “Time”. Transparency must be the rule within the cantonal administration

The Geneva State Pension Fund (CPEG) is not a black box. The decisions of its committee, financed by the Geneva taxpayer, are well submitted to the eyes of the citizens and to the logic of transparency, established since 2002 by the cantonal law on public information and access to documents (LIPAD). This is essentially the scope of a judgment of the Federal Court (TF) which was made public on March 22 and which gives reason to the Timedefended by Me Romain Jordan, in his request for access to a report that CPEG would like to keep confidential.
