The Festival de la Cour du Vieux-Temple celebrates its 22nd anniversary

“Finally a festival without the Sword of Damocles above our heads! », congratulate the volunteers of the Cour du Vieux-Temple festival on their website. The event therefore returns for a 22e edition, from Thursday August 18 to Saturday August 27, 2022, in the Cour Marcel Raymond in Grenoble. With, this year, femininity as the central theme of each of the events.

As when from previous editionsthe programmation includes, every evening, from 6 p.m., free admission shows lasting 30 minutes. Songs, dances, or even readings are thus to be experienced around a drink at the refreshment bar made available.

A first show by reservation is offered to spectators at 7 p.m., ranging from circus to singing or even from dance to concert. Then, a play will be performed daily at 9 p.m.

The team intends to take its revenge after two difficult years. Thus, several volunteers will be on site to satiate and quench the thirst of the spectators. To do this, they will run a refreshment bar and a snack bar made available especially for the occasion.

If there will be no sales during the shows, it will be possible to take advantage of the refreshment bar and fast food during the intermissions, but also at the end of the evening. The opportunity to spend a friendly moment since the artists will stay on site to exchange and discuss with the most curious.

The motivation is felt in the troops, after two years without having set foot on the boards. And the teams have already warned: there will be no cancellations if the weather plays its part. A retreat into the Olivier Messiaen room is indeed planned if it starts to rain.
