The first clarification from “Saudi banks” about messages and communications about “freezing customer accounts”

Al-Marsad newspaper: The Banking Information and Awareness Committee in Saudi banks revealed the truth of the accounts freezing messages that reach the beneficiaries, denying the validity of these messages, and at the same time stressed the need for the beneficiary to go to the bank if such messages were sent to him.

And the committee published, on its official page on the “Twitter” website, a video clip documenting one of the fraud cases, explaining: “Recently, there have been many messages and communications saying that your bank account has been frozen, do not believe them and go to the branch.”

And she added, “And always remember the bank employee will never ask you for your card password, your bank account password, and activation codes.”
