The first world update is coming up and will revise Japan

On September 29th, the first world update for the Microsoft Flight Simulator (free) published. So far, the developers have mainly had patches with bug fixes and performance improvements, but these did not always hit the mark.

World Update # 1, presented at Tokyo Game Show 2020, will be about Japan. An updated elevation map of the entire country, high-resolution 3D photogrammetry for six Japanese cities (Sendai, Takamatsu, Tokushima, Tokyo, Utsunomiya and Yokohama) and six hand-made local airports (Hachijojima, Kerama, Kushiro, Nagasaki, Shimojishima and Suwanosejima) are planned. In addition, there will be three new landing challenges at Japanese airports.
