The French hotel group Centaurus Hospitality becomes the new manager of the Hôtel Métropole. The Lone Star real estate fund paid nearly 30 million euros in 2022 for the iconic building located on Place De Brouckère. The hotel had to close during the coronavirus pandemic. The plan is for them to be able to reopen in 2026, after a complete renovation.
