In Novosibirsk, investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of the death of a five -year -old girl in kindergarten. This was reported on August 18 by the press service of the regional TFR.
According to the investigation, on Thursday during the morning walk, the girl, “was left without control from the staff of the institution,” fell from the scooter and hit her head on the asphalt. The child died on the spot.
Investigators questioned the employees of the kindergarten and relatives of the deceased. The circumstances of the incident are established. The case is investigated under Part 2 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence, due to improper performance of their professional duties).
