There are currently several large projects in the center of Grieskirchen in which sealed areas are being reused. The legally valid building permit is now available for the one at Pühringerplatz. Staune Immobilien from Neumarkt is building a building complex with 42 apartments and three business premises where the houses at Pühringerplatz 7-9 and the house Uferstrasse 16 previously stood. The demolition is scheduled to take place over the next year. The construction work is expected to last until 2026.
