The Government Council, meeting on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the head of government, Aziz Akhannouch, examined and adopted draft decree No. 2.23.784 relating to the creation and organization of the Training Institute in the professions of the breeding (IFME) in Bellota.

Presented by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, this project is part of the implementation of the new “Green Generation” strategy, aiming in particular to develop the agricultural sector by training 140,000 graduates in professional agricultural training by 2030, specifies a press release from the ministry delegated to the head of government responsible for relations with Parliament, government spokesperson.

And to recall that an agreement was signed on December 8, 2021 between the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, the Ministry delegated to the Minister of Economy and Finance responsible for of the Budget, the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills and the company IFME-SA, represented by its chairman of the board of directors, as well as the National Association of Sheep and Goat Breeders (ANOC), represented by its president, for the delegated management of IFME.

The objective of this draft decree is to create and organize this institute, by providing it with a legal framework defining its organization, admission conditions, training courses, as well as the provisions relating to its management and administration. , adds the same source.
