Former US President Donald Trump considers Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov a great fighter. About this he declared in an interview on the UFC YouTube channel.

“I think Khabib was great and it looks like he won’t be back. But yesterday I asked [президента UFC] Dan [Уайта]: Where is Khabib? Are you going to make him come back?” Trump said.

Nurmagomedov has 29 wins and no losses in MMA. He held the UFC Lightweight Championship for almost three years (2018–2021). The fighter announced the end of his professional career in October 2020, following the fight with American Justin Gaethje.
