The group increases its employees by 110 euros net per month

Renault proposed a budget increase of 7.5% to support the purchasing power of its employees in 2023 at the end of the mandatory annual negotiations (NAO) completed on Thursday evening, which guarantees an average increase of 110 euros net per month for each employee.

Wage increases are divided into general and individual increases, and a purchasing power support bonus will also be paid to workers, technicians, supervisors and executives within the limit of a certain level of income, said Friday. the constructor automobile at AFP.

This bonus, amounting to 700 euros, will be awarded to employees earning up to three times the minimum wage. All of these measures allow an average increase of 110 euros net per month in 2023, assured the group. They are to come into effect from February 1.

The CFDT was delighted

The CFDT welcomed the effort made by the management of Renault, in a press release.

No union (CFE-CGC, CGT, CFDT and FO) had agreed in 2022 to validate the agreement reached at the end of the annual negotiations. This proposed to increase wages by 1.9% on average for 2022, a measure supplemented by distributions of shares to employees but blocked for five years.
