The brand concerned is “Le Prix Gagnant”. It belongs to the Casino brand. If this product is the subject of an alert, it is because it could contain mycotoxins. These chemical compounds can pose a health hazard. Especially for vulnerable people.
These packets of flour were marketed in Leader Price, Franprix, Spar, Vival and Casino stores. Before disappearing from the shelves, they were over-the-counter throughout France. Namely that mycotoxins come from fungi invisible to the naked eye. The latter develop in certain food products, but more particularly in cereals.

Marketed in the stores listed above, this flour was available on the shelves between May 4, 2022 and May 2, 2023.
