– The Swiss passport is the 5th best in the world
The white cross passport has moved up two places in the Henley Passport Index rankings.

The Swiss passport remains one of the best in the world. But for the first time, the Henley Passport Index places it at the top, in 5th position with Greece and Malta. 190 countries grant Swiss nationals visa-free entry or a visa on arrival. He was still 7th in 2022 and 6th in 2023, notes “Blick”.
Five countries occupy the first position in the 2024 version, namely France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Singapore, whose citizens can travel freely to 194 countries.
Finland, Sweden and South Korea occupy the 2nd group, followed by Denmark, Ireland and Austria in 3rd position. Belgium, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Norway and Portugal then arrive in the 4th group.
