2- Berries help to strengthen the sense of sight and improve night vision.

3- Berries provide the eye with great protection against infection with infectious diseases, such as conjunctivitis, because it contributes to strengthening the immune system and enhancing the body’s ability to combat viruses and bacteria.

4- Berries reduce the risk of macular degeneration diseases that threaten the elderly with the risk of losing sight, such as cataracts and glaucoma.

The therapeutic nutrition consultant explained that the berries derive their previous benefits from their high content of vitamin A, one of the nutrients necessary for eye health.
