The Minister of the Interior chaired, this Saturday, the 26th Ordinary General Assembly of the Association of Civil Administrators of Senegal
Antoine Félix Diome recalled that the privileged position occupied by civil administrators gives them the vocation of being both producers and curators of knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills in the conduct of their various missions.
“The body of civil administrators constitutes a strategic variable in the mode of organization and functioning of the State. Civil administrators are competent and loyal. They know how to show a high sense of the State in the exercise of their functions while always having in sight the general interest and respect for the institutions of the Republic in all the situations imposed by their professional trajectories. This is what makes it easy to understand the alignment of their professional behavior to their motto: “To serve the State and not to use the State”, maintained the Minister of the Interior, Antoine Félix Diome.
