The doctor added that these special medical services are provided by specialists in emergency cases such as suicide and severe depression, where one can contact the hotline numbers of the Ministry of Health and the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment.
The hospital director confirmed that electronic communication with a specialist is effective in some cases, especially extreme emergencies, and the patient’s inability to go to the specialist doctor as a result of another physical illness such as fractures, tumors, and chronic kidney failure. He stressed that direct communication with the specialist doctor is indispensable, because the direct meeting depends.
