Al-Marsad Newspaper: The retired sergeant of the National Guard, Saud bin Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, from Al-Baha region, revealed the story of not sleeping for 40 years.

Al-Ghamdi said in an interview with the “MBC in a Week” program: “My life is good and I do my work, praise be to God.”

And he continued: The first thing I read was with the sheikhs, then the hospitals, and following that they wrote to me regarding psychological treatment, which I use so far from the psychiatric hospital.

When asked whether this treatment helps him sleep, Al-Ghamdi replied: “It does not help to the extent that I go to sleep, in insomnia and anxiety I do not rest.”

Al-Ghamdi stressed that his only wish is to be blessed with good health from God.
