Many Romands have welcomed Ukrainian refugees into their homes, and the latter are present in most regions. Nevertheless, “schools located near EVAM homes are more in demand than others”, shares the Canton of Vaud. Thus, out of 1165 pupils who fled Ukraine and were educated in Vaud, 234 were in the Lavaux-Riviera sector, 223 in La Dôle, and 151 in the Vaudois Alps.
