Snapshots of the largest planet in the solar system, there had already been a few. But the new Jupiter images taken by the James Webb Telescope demonstrate that it is not the most powerful (and most expensive) space-observing instrument ever built for nothing. The photographs unveiled by NASA on August 22 allow us to discover the gas giant in a whole new light.
